Wattan Development Organization is a non-profit organization, registered under "societies act of 1860 of Pakistan bearing registration# SK 1610, and situated at Address, House# 2570 Station Road Gambat district Khairpur Mirs Sindh Pakistan. Wattan Development Organization reserves the right to change its terms of service at anytime.

2. Privacy

Wattan Development Organization, keeps all information confidential. No information, whatsoever, is kept secret and under the use of Wattan Development Organization only. Personal and donors information is kept hidden and remains undisclosed until requested by the government regulatory agency.

3. Password and Account

Each/every staff member(s) and anyone/everyone associated with Wattan Development Organization is/are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of password and account for all actively performed in his/her account. Ex-employees and disassociated member(s) will not disclose any information of Wattan Development Organization within one year of disassociation/separation from services/Organization.

4. Donations / Funds Policy

Wattan Development Organization is a non-profit organization, Hence whatsoever funds/donations it collects, irrespective of any kind/type, will only be used for administrative, operations, logistics purposes and for the welfare/financial assistance of poor classes and victims of different natural calamities.

5. Refund Policy

Wattan Development Organization collects unhindered donations on website www.waado.net to support its mission. If you change your mind about donating online to Wattan Development Organization for any reason, Wattan Development Organization is happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund (return of donation) within 14 calendar days of the date on which you made the contribution. To request a refund, email donations@humanshieldpk.org . Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original donation.

7. Termination

Wattan Development Organization has right(s) to terminate any/all the term(s) of service in any/all case(s) of breach of agreement with any body/board/organization or it has all authority to terminate the terms of service by using any of its discretion defined in its By-Laws.

Any/all part(s) of these terms of service which is/are missing, also forcible according to the laws and by-laws of Wattan Development Organization.
