Natural Resource Management
The objective of this program is to “bring improvement in the degrading environmental conditions”.

To meet this objective, Watan Foundation has started a major plantation drive to sow 10,000 local trees by the end of 2009. The campaign is being supported by our active volunteers and the locals.

Watan has also started mass awareness campaign in its area of operation through its team of volunteers. The ‘Watan Environment Society’ has team of active volunteers who visit locals people on a regular basis and highlight need for safe & healthy environment for all. In addition, fortnightly sessions are held with selected groups on environment related topics.
